The customer provides samples and drawings, and we will analyze the quotation based on the customer's samples and drawings and send it to the customer for confirmation.

After receiving customer confirmation of samples and orders, we proceed with production scheduling according to the technical process flow chart.

Our quality inspection is divided into four steps: quality inspection of incoming materials, self inspection by workers and inspection by quality inspectors during the production process, inspection before surface treatment, final inspection before installation and shipment, and providing quality inspection reports before shipment;
After we produce the samples, we will analyze the product's issues and quality concerns. If there are any changes, we will communicate with customers and resolve them before mass production;
After the completion of the bulk production, the inspection is carried out according to the customer's quality requirements, including packaging.
